Fog infested August
First day back blogging and here I am wanting to talk about this funky weather we are having here.
I woke up this morning freezing like it's the dead of winter. I feel we completely skipped summer and went straight back to winter. The mountains look ominous with the thick fog rolling in yesterday, have not seen the sun shine for days. I've had a very stressful day dealing with strange acting people at work today, I think I'll blame the weather for putting a damper on their typical cheerful disposition.
The fog here is pretty much a way of life, I should say, but I think we've had better summers in the past years. It's already August and I have yet to store my winter clothes away.
I do love the weather here inspite of it being mostly dreary and windy at times, I'd still trade it with hot humid days any time. Took a picture yesterday with my new camera phone but am clueless as to why it's unable to send the picture to my e-mail address. Hopefully, by the time I am done with my entries tonight--need to catch up--my carrier's customer service will be able to help with this problem.
uh-uh...no need to call 9-1-1, the mountain isn't up in smokes
